What it's for

No deal goes quiet without a specific, grounded reason to re-engage.

  • Account executives
  • Founders running their own pipeline

What you get

  • A recovery email per stalled deal, waiting in its owner's inbox

When it runs

  • When you run it
  • Daily 08:00

What it uses

  • Your Closefinch records

You choose:

  • Quiet for at least (days): Default 14 (optional)

Its steps

  1. Find stalled deals
  2. Proof points
  3. Draft recoveries · the model works this out
  4. File for the owners

Approvals

Each email waits in its deal owner's inbox and is sent from their mailbox only when they approve it (send guardrails and policy apply).

Checked before release

The template's eval suite must pass these before a version ships:

  • Drafts a recovery email per stalled deal into the owner's inbox
  • Drops a deal it can't ground in the last call

Questions

Does it email customers on its own?
No. Every email waits for the deal's owner to approve it, and goes from their own mailbox.
  • Act on signals

When a signal fires on an account, reads its dated why-now evidence and leaves the owner one concrete next step as a task, citing the signal.

  • Stalled deal nudge

Finds open deals that have gone quiet, decides one concrete next step for each, and leaves a follow-up task for the team.

  • Pipeline review

Twice a week before stand-up, reviews every open deal of one AE — risks, methodology gaps, last touch, the one next action — and sends them an honest take with where to focus.
