What it's for

Keep open deals moving: no deal goes quiet without a next step.

  • Teams with more open deals than they can review every week
  • Founders doing their own pipeline review

What you get

  • A follow-up task on each stalled deal, with the reason and the evidence

When it runs

  • When you run it
  • Mondays 08:00

What it uses

  • Your Closefinch records

You choose:

  • Quiet for at least (days): Default 21 (optional)

Its steps

  1. Find stalled deals
  2. Decide next steps · the model works this out
  3. Create follow-up tasks

Approvals

Creates tasks inside the CRM; nothing leaves the platform. Turn on approval for crm.task.create in Settings → Tools to review each batch first.

Checked before release

The template's eval suite must pass these before a version ships:

  • Creates a task per explained stalled deal
  • Drops a recommendation with no evidence

Questions

Who gets the task?
It's linked to the deal, so it shows on the deal and in the owner's task list.
What counts as quiet?
No email, meeting or call on the deal or its account for the number of days you choose (21 by default).
  • Act on signals

When a signal fires on an account, reads its dated why-now evidence and leaves the owner one concrete next step as a task, citing the signal.

  • Stalled deal recovery

Every morning, finds deals with no activity for two weeks, works out why the last thread went quiet from the last call, and puts a recovery email in each owner's inbox to approve.

  • Pipeline review

Twice a week before stand-up, reviews every open deal of one AE — risks, methodology gaps, last touch, the one next action — and sends them an honest take with where to focus.
