The API and the MCP server share one version. A breaking change gets a new version, and a deprecation notice here with its date before it takes effect. The spec for the current version is https://www.closefinch.com/openapi.json.

What's shipped in the product itself is in the product changelog.

0.1.0 (2026-11-06)

  • Every API and MCP error carries fix and docs (a link to its section of /docs/errors); a missing key says where to get one.
  • ra sandbox create: an agent gets a sandbox organization and a limited key from the CLI, saved as a profile.
  • ra_billing_upgrade_link / POST /v1/billing/upgrade-link: an agent suggests a paid plan; an owner reviews and pays.
  • MCP tool descriptions are written task first, each with an example call.
  • ra_templates_list lists agent templates again (its route is /v1/agent-templates).
  • Developer docs: quickstarts per client, task recipes, approvals and policy, and a reference page per MCP tool and API resource.
  • MCP server: protocol versions 2025-06-18 and 2025-03-26.
