What it's for

Every AE knows, twice a week, which deals are real, which are slipping and what to do next.

  • Sales managers
  • Account executives

What you get

  • An honest pipeline review with where to focus

When it runs

  • When you run it
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 08:00, one trigger per AE

What it uses

  • Your Closefinch records

You choose:

  • The AE (a teammate)

Its steps

  1. Pipeline
  2. Review · the model works this out
  3. Send the review

Approvals

Messages only the AE (and nothing leaves the platform).

Checked before release

The template's eval suite must pass these before a version ships:

  • Reviews every open deal of the AE with evidence
  • Sends the review to the AE

Questions

Can I ask it in chat?
Yes: ask "be honest, how's my pipeline?" in Ask; it reads the same material (each of your open deals with its risks, methodology gaps, last two-way touch and next action, and the counts) and answers with citations. The scheduled review is the fuller take with where to focus.
  • Act on signals

When a signal fires on an account, reads its dated why-now evidence and leaves the owner one concrete next step as a task, citing the signal.

  • Stalled deal nudge

Finds open deals that have gone quiet, decides one concrete next step for each, and leaves a follow-up task for the team.

  • Stalled deal recovery

Every morning, finds deals with no activity for two weeks, works out why the last thread went quiet from the last call, and puts a recovery email in each owner's inbox to approve.
