Act on signals
When a signal fires on an account, reads its dated why-now evidence and leaves the owner one concrete next step as a task, citing the signal. No evidence, no task.

What it's for
Every real buying signal becomes a next step while it's fresh.
- Teams with signal monitors turned on
What you get
- One task on the account with the reason, the signal and its evidence
When it runs
- When you run it
- When any signal fires
What it uses
- Your Closefinch records
When you run it yourself, you choose (an event fills these in):
- Account
Its steps
- Why now
- If there is fresh evidence
- Decide the next step · the model works this out
- Create the task
Approvals
Creates a task inside the CRM; nothing leaves the platform.
Checked before release
The template's eval suite must pass these before a version ships:
- Creates an explained task citing the signal
- No task without fresh evidence
Questions
- Will it nag about old news?
- No: stale signals (older than 30 days by default) don't count, and with no fresh evidence it does nothing.
