A tour of the product

The main jobs it does for a revenue team, each shown in the app with fictional demo data. Every area after the tour has its own page listing what's built.

Capture

Records that fill themselves in

Each teammate connects their mailbox and calendar once. Business conversations are filed to the right account and deal, and personal and marketing mail is left out.

  • Gmail, Microsoft 365, Slack and calls from your phone system
  • Fields suggested from what buyers wrote, each with the sentence it came from
  • Keep your current CRM and sync both ways, or move over
Everything in CRM and data capture →
A demo account's page: its details on the left and, on the right, a timeline of the emails exchanged with its contacts

Meetings

Meetings that turn into follow-ups

Transcripts come from Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, or from a recorder bot that joins from the calendar.

  • A live transcript that turns promises into follow-ups
  • A summary, tasks and a drafted follow-up email after each call
  • Recording rules you set: external meetings only, or only when invited
Everything in Meetings →
A demo team's meetings: each call's name, start and end, video link and owner

Agents

Agents that ask before they act

Start from a template or describe the job. Agents run on a schedule or when something happens, and by default anything that leaves the building waits in an approval inbox.

  • Autonomy levels you choose, per agent
  • Every step in a trace marked read, reason or write
  • Spending budgets that pause runs when they're reached
Everything in Agents →
The agent template gallery: built-in agents such as a stalled deal nudge and a meeting prep brief, each with what it does and a button to use it

Outbound

Outreach written for each person

Define who to contact and who never to contact, then run sequences that draft each message from research. Do-not-contact rules and sending limits apply to every send.

  • Multi-step sequences with reply detection
  • Replies sorted by intent, with drafts a person approves
  • Your own Gmail or Outlook mailboxes as senders
Everything in Prospecting and outbound →
The prospecting page, where a team defines its ideal customer profile: who it may contact and who it must never contact

Deals and forecasts

Forecasts built from what buyers said

Risk flags, next steps and a forecast where each commit deal has to meet six conditions in the buyer's own words.

  • Deal risk flags that clear when the buyer replies
  • Roll-ups with manager overrides and submitted calls
  • Coverage, slipped deals, stage velocity and win rates
Everything in Deals and forecasting →
Part of a demo team's forecast: the roll-up by person, and the deals behind it with their amount, stage and forecast category

Every area

Each area's page lists what's built there, and notes anything that's off by default or needs your own account with another service.

  • CRM and data capture

Accounts, contacts, deals, leads, tasks and notes, with custom fields and objects. Records fill in from connected email, calendars, meetings, Slack and other tools, and filled-in values link back to where they came from. Keep your current CRM and sync with it, or move over.

  • Research and signals

Account and person research with cited sources, enrichment that fills only empty fields, and signals that say why an account is worth a look now. Facts quote their source; what the agent infers is labelled as inference.

  • Prospecting and outbound

ICP rules, lists and scoring, then sequences that draft each message from research, and an inbox for the replies. Do-not-contact rules, sending limits and deliverability checks apply to every send.

  • Inbound and scheduling

A chat agent for your website, forms, lead qualification and routing, and a scheduler that books meetings on your team's calendars.

  • Meetings

Transcripts from Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams or from the recorder bot, notes and follow-ups after each call, and prompts during calls for people who opt in.

  • Deals and forecasting

Deal risk, next steps, coaching scorecards and forecasts, built from what buyers said on calls and in email.

  • Voice, SMS and messaging

AI phone agents for inbound and outbound calls, two-way SMS, and WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and iMessage channels. Calls and texts run on your own Telnyx account, and outbound AI calling is off by default.

  • Agents

Agents built from templates or from a goal you describe. They run on a schedule, on an event or on demand, and show every step they took. Their writes go through the policy engine before they happen.

  • Quotes and RFPs

Quotes drafted from a deal description with your products, prices and approval rules, and questionnaire answers from a reviewed answer library.

  • Customer success

Renewals, churn signals, onboarding handoffs, surveys and collections. Outreach is drafted for a person to approve.

  • Analytics

Questions answered in plain English with citations, dashboards, campaign and team views, attribution and exports.

  • Security, admin and compliance

Roles and fine-grained access, an audit log of every action, two-step sign-in and passkeys, scoped API keys, and consent and opt-out records across email, SMS and calls.

  • Apps, API and MCP

The web app, the Slack app and a mobile Today view, plus a REST API, a hosted MCP server, a CLI and webhooks for building on top.

  • Industry packs

Packs for industrial distribution, equipment dealers and rental, consumer goods, home services and fundraising. Each adds its own data, triggers and agents.
