Speed-to-lead caller
Calls a new lead back within seconds of their form, while they're still at their desk: the AI says it's an AI first, picks up from what they asked, answers from your knowledge base and books a meeting. It only calls people who agreed to calls (including automated ones) on the form, inside the calling window; no answer is retried a few times, spaced out. Form fills are called automatically once you turn it on; run this agent to call back a lead from the CRM.

What it's for
Talk to every new lead who asked for it within a minute of their request.
- Inbound teams whose leads go cold waiting
- Demo-request and quote forms
What you get
- The lead's speed-to-lead attempt: dialled, waiting for the window, or why not
When it runs
- When you run it
What it uses
- Phone calls (needs your own Telnyx account)
You choose:
- The lead
Its steps
- Call back
Approvals
Off until an owner turns on outbound AI calls (Settings → Voice agents). Calls only numbers whose owner ticked a form's consent to calls by automated technology or AI; every call is checked at dial time against opt-outs, do-not-call lists, the calling window (8 a.m.–8 p.m. their time, holidays), state caps and the kill switch. The call opens with the AI disclosure.
Checked before release
The template's eval suite must pass these before a version ships:
- Calls a lead who consented on a form, through the calling gate
- Never calls a lead without form consent
- Waits for the calling window
Questions
- What if they fill the form at night?
- The call waits in the quiet-hours queue and goes when their calling window opens.
- What if a phone's call screening answers?
- The AI says one honest sentence (that it's an AI assistant for your business, who it's for and why) and waits for them to pick up.
