Design-partner recruiter

Works a recruiting goal from your ranked waitlist: each weekday it updates every candidate's stage from the CRM and drafts the next few founder-style emails, each waiting for your approval. It stops the moment the goal's number of active partners is reached, when you stop it, or at its caps or budget.

What it's for

Reach the target number of active design partners without losing track or over-mailing.

  • Founders recruiting their first design partners
  • Teams converting a waitlist

What you get

  • Candidates' stages updated from the CRM
  • The next batch of drafted emails in the sender's inbox, or a stop when the goal is met

When it runs

  • When you run it
  • Weekdays 09:00

What it uses

  • Your Closefinch records

You choose:

  • Recruiting goal (from Prospecting → Waitlist and design partners)

Its steps

  1. Next batch

Approvals

Drafts emails only; each waits in the sender's inbox and is sent from their mailbox only if they approve it, with the send guardrails checked again. Caps per day and in total, and a budget, are set on the goal.

Checked before release

The template's eval suite must pass these before a version ships:

  • Outreach waits for the sender's approval
  • Stops new outreach when the goal is reached

Questions

When does it stop?
Exactly when the goal's active count reaches the target (drafts nobody approved yet are withdrawn), when a person stops it, or at a cap or the budget.
Does it guarantee ten partners?
No. It keeps proposing outreach to the best-ranked eligible signups until the goal is met or a limit is hit.
  • ICP list builder

Each week, finds the accounts in your CRM that fit your ideal customer profile — leaving out customers, partners, accounts with open deals and anyone on a must-not-contact list — and stages them as segments by territory for each owner to approve.

  • Fit qualifier

Answers your plain-language fit questions for every account on a list: pass, fail or unsure per question, each with a one-line reason and its source — a CRM field's value, or a quote checked word for word on the account's own site — and an overall verdict.

  • Two-way SMS agent

Answers texts to your number from your knowledge base: short, plain, never inventing prices, dates or promises, and saying it's an AI in its first text.
