# Speed-to-lead caller

Calls a new lead back within seconds of their form, while they're still at their desk: the AI says it's an AI first, picks up from what they asked, answers from your knowledge base and books a meeting. It only calls people who agreed to calls (including automated ones) on the form, inside the calling window; no answer is retried a few times, spaced out. Off until an owner turns on outbound AI calls (Settings → Voice agents). Calls only numbers whose owner ticked a form's consent to calls by automated technology or AI; every call is checked at dial time against opt-outs, do-not-call lists, the calling window (8 a.m.–8 p.m. their time, holidays), state caps and the kill switch. The call opens with the AI disclosure.

The template's eval suite must pass these:

- Calls a lead who consented on a form, through the calling gate
- Never calls a lead without form consent
- Waits for the calling window
