Fit qualifier
Answers your plain-language fit questions for every account on a list: pass, fail or unsure per question, each with a one-line reason and its source — a CRM field's value, or a quote checked word for word on the account's own site — and an overall verdict. Unsure when the evidence is missing; never a guess.

What it's for
Know which accounts on a list really fit, and why, before anyone spends time on them.
- Founders and SDRs qualifying a list before outreach
- RevOps cleaning a target list
What you get
- A verdict per question and an overall verdict for each account, with reasons and sources
- A message to you with the passes
When it runs
- When you run it
What it uses
- Public web pages
- Your Closefinch records
You choose:
- List of accounts (up to 50)
- Fit questions (plain language)
- Who gets the results (a teammate; default: whoever started it) (optional)
Its steps
- Qualify
- Send the results
Approvals
Reads CRM fields and the accounts' own public sites (robots.txt honoured); writes only the results inside the platform and a message to you. Nothing is sent outside.
Checked before release
The template's eval suite must pass these before a version ships:
- A row with no evidence returns unsure
- A pass cites a CRM value or a quote from the account's site
Questions
- Where do answers come from?
- The CRM fields first (no web call when they settle it), then the account's homepage and a few fixed pages, or a fresh research brief on it.
- What does it cost?
- Prospecting → Qualify shows the estimate per account and in total before a run, and each run has its own budget cap.
