Zoom
Imports Zoom's own transcripts of cloud-recorded meetings.
How it connects
- Each person connects their own account.
- You sign in to Zoom and approve the permissions it asks for (listed below). We never see your password, and the access it grants is stored encrypted.
- New items are picked up about every 30 minutes. With the optional webhook secret token added, changes arrive as they happen.
Native transcripts come first, so no bot joins when the platform already made one. The recorder bot is there for the rest, with a notice and a stop link for everyone in the meeting.
Connect it
- In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find Zoom under its category, marked Personal.
- Choose Zoom and sign in to it, then approve the permissions it asks for.
- New items are picked up about every 30 minutes. With the optional webhook secret token added, changes arrive as they happen. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.
What the form asks for
- Webhook secret token (optional): From your Zoom app's Event Subscriptions: transcripts arrive minutes after a meeting instead of at the next sweep.
