How it connects
- Each person connects their own account.
- You paste your API key from Fireflies.ai; it's stored encrypted.
- It syncs about every hour.
Native transcripts come first, so no bot joins when the platform already made one. The recorder bot is there for the rest, with a notice and a stop link for everyone in the meeting.
Connect it
- In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find Fireflies.ai under its category, marked Personal.
- Choose Fireflies.ai and paste your API key.
- It syncs about every hour. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.
