How it connects

Connect it
- In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find Plain under its category.
- Choose Plain and paste its request signing secret.
- Copy the webhook address Closefinch shows, and add it in Plain's webhook settings.
- Changes arrive as they happen, and it also checks on a schedule. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.
What the form asks for
- Request signing secret: Plain → Settings → Webhooks: the workspace's request-signing secret.
- API key (optional, for backfill): Plain → Settings → Machine users → API key with thread:read and customer:read, to import existing threads once.
