Website and app events
A first-party JavaScript snippet for page views and product events.
How it connects
- Connected once for the workspace, by an owner.
- Your site's snippet sends events with a public write key, and only the origins you list are accepted. The key is visible in your page, so these events are signals, not proof of who sent them.
- Events arrive as visitors use your site or app.
What customers do in your product, what they pay and what they ask support, on the account's timeline.
Connect it
- In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find Website and app events under its category.
- Choose Website and app events and copy the snippet it shows.
- Add the snippet to your site or app, and list your site's origins in the connection's settings.
- Events arrive as visitors use your site or app. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.
