How it connects
- Connected once for the workspace, by an owner.
- Dialpad sends events to an address Closefinch gives you, checked against the signing secret you copy from Dialpad.
- Changes arrive as they happen.
Calls are logged to the contact and account matched by phone number, with recordings and outcomes.
Connect it
- In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find Dialpad under its category.
- Choose Dialpad and paste its signing secret.
- Copy the webhook address Closefinch shows, and add it in Dialpad's webhook settings.
- Changes arrive as they happen. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.
