# Dialpad

Calls with recordings and dispositions.

Part of [Phone and dialers](https://www.closefinch.com/integrations#calls). Calls are logged to the contact and account matched by phone number, with recordings and outcomes.

## How it connects

- Connected once for the workspace, by an owner.
- Dialpad sends events to an address Closefinch gives you, checked against the signing secret you copy from Dialpad.
- Changes arrive as they happen.

## Connect it

1. In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find Dialpad under its category.
2. Choose Dialpad and paste its signing secret.
3. Copy the webhook address Closefinch shows, and add it in Dialpad's webhook settings.
4. Changes arrive as they happen. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.

What the form asks for:

- Signing secret
