How it connects
- Connected once for the workspace, by an owner.
- Aircall sends events to an address Closefinch gives you, checked against the webhook token you copy from Aircall.
- Changes arrive as they happen, and it also checks on a schedule.
Calls are logged to the contact and account matched by phone number, with recordings and outcomes.
Connect it
- In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find Aircall under its category.
- Choose Aircall and paste its webhook token.
- Copy the webhook address Closefinch shows, and add it in Aircall's webhook settings.
- Changes arrive as they happen, and it also checks on a schedule. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.
What the form asks for
- Webhook token: The token Aircall shows on the webhook (Integrations → Webhook).
- API ID (optional): Aircall → Integrations & API → API keys. Enables backfill and AI transcripts/summaries.
- API token (optional): shown once when the Aircall API key is created.
