How it connects
- Connected once for the workspace, by an owner.
- Zoom Phone sends events to an address Closefinch gives you, checked against the secret token you copy from Zoom Phone.
- Changes arrive as they happen, and it also checks on a schedule.
Calls are logged to the contact and account matched by phone number, with recordings and outcomes.
Connect it
- In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find Zoom Phone under its category.
- Choose Zoom Phone and paste its secret token.
- Copy the webhook address Closefinch shows, and add it in Zoom Phone's webhook settings.
- Changes arrive as they happen, and it also checks on a schedule. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.
What the form asks for
- Secret token: The app's Secret Token (Features → Access).
- Account ID (optional)
- Client ID (optional)
- Client secret (optional)
