# Aircall

Calls, outcomes, recordings and comments.

Part of [Phone and dialers](https://www.closefinch.com/integrations#calls). Calls are logged to the contact and account matched by phone number, with recordings and outcomes.

## How it connects

- Connected once for the workspace, by an owner.
- Aircall sends events to an address Closefinch gives you, checked against the webhook token you copy from Aircall.
- Changes arrive as they happen, and it also checks on a schedule.

## Connect it

1. In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find Aircall under its category.
2. Choose Aircall and paste its webhook token.
3. Copy the webhook address Closefinch shows, and add it in Aircall's webhook settings.
4. Changes arrive as they happen, and it also checks on a schedule. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.

What the form asks for:

- Webhook token: The token Aircall shows on the webhook (Integrations → Webhook).
- API ID (optional): Aircall → Integrations & API → API keys. Enables backfill and AI transcripts/summaries.
- API token (optional): shown once when the Aircall API key is created.
