Voice campaign caller
Adds the people you choose (or the ones an event picks: a deal moving stage, a missed meeting, a quote gone quiet) to a voice campaign. The AI calls them inside the campaign's window in their own time zone, paced within your call lines; it says it's an AI first, retries no-answers a few times, leaves a short voicemail in your agent's voice when you set one up, and stops when the goal is met or they ask it to stop. Only people with the right consent on file are called.

What it's for
Reach every person in the campaign once, in their calling hours, and stop when the goal is met.
- Re-engaging a list or segment
- Calling back no-shows and quiet quotes
- Event and webinar reminders
What you get
- Whether the person was added (or why not)
- The campaign's live progress
When it runs
- When you run it
- When a deal moves stage
- When someone misses a meeting
- When a sent quote has had no reply for a while
What it uses
- Phone calls (needs your own Telnyx account)
When you run it yourself, you choose (an event fills these in):
- The campaign (Calls → Campaigns)
- The person to add
Its steps
- Add to the campaign
- Progress
Approvals
Off until an owner turns on outbound AI calls (Settings → Voice agents) and launches the campaign. Each call is checked when it's dialled: opt-outs, do-not-call lists, prior express written consent for marketing calls, the calling window (8 a.m.–8 p.m. their time, holidays, state rules), state caps and the kill switch. The call opens with the AI disclosure; a voicemail carries the AI announcement and your callback number.
Checked before release
The template's eval suite must pass these before a version ships:
- Calls a person with written consent through the calling gate
- Never calls a person without written consent
- Does nothing while outbound AI calls are off
Questions
- Who gets called?
- Only people whose number has prior express written consent for automated calls on file (for marketing campaigns), who haven't opted out and aren't on a do-not-call list, inside their calling window.
- What does the voicemail say?
- The AI announcement with your business name and callback number, then your own short message (no amounts or account details). You choose which attempts leave one, and how many at most.
