Case-study miner
When a deal is won, reads its conversations and notes for results the customer reports — numbers with units, percentages, before and after — and files each as a proof point with the exact quote, who said it, when, and a link to the call. Each waits for your approval; the customer's name stays hidden until you allow it.

What it's for
Every win leaves behind proof points the team may use, with evidence and permission tracked.
- Product marketing
- Founders writing case studies
- Sales teams that need fresh proof
What you get
- Pending proof points (quote, speaker, date, metric, source link, segment and use case)
- A message to the reviewer
When it runs
- When you run it
- When a deal is won
What it uses
- Your Closefinch records
When you run it yourself, you choose (an event fills these in):
- Closed-won deal (default: every deal won in the last 30 days) (optional)
- Who reviews them (a teammate; default: whoever started it) (optional)
Its steps
- Mine
- Tell the reviewer
Approvals
Reads the deal's org-visible conversations and notes; writes pending proof points inside the platform. Nothing is published: a person approves each point, and only approved points can be offered to the knowledge base, which a person accepts.
Checked before release
The template's eval suite must pass these before a version ships:
- Files quantified outcomes with exact quotes, pending approval
- Starts when a deal is won
Questions
- Can it invent a number?
- Every quote is checked word for word against the call or note, and must contain the numbers the proof point states; anything else is dropped.
- Will it name the customer?
- Not until a person ticks "customer name may be used": approved points show "A [segment] customer" and the name is removed from the quote.
