Account plan keeper
Keeps a living plan for an account — priorities, pain, people, current tools, risks and the next move — rebuilt from its research, signals, conversations, deals and contacts. Every item cites its source and date; your edits are kept; you get the next move.

What it's for
Always know where an account stands and what to do next, with the evidence for each point.
- Account executives with named accounts
- Customer success managers planning renewals
What you get
- The account's plan, refreshed: each item with its sources and date, and a change log
- A message to you with the next move and what changed
When it runs
- When you run it
- When a signal fires on an account
What it uses
- Your Closefinch records
When you run it yourself, you choose (an event fills these in):
- Account
- Who gets the next move (a teammate; default: whoever started it) (optional)
Its steps
- Plan
- Tell
Approvals
Writes only the plan inside the platform and a message to you. Turning the next move into a task or an email is your call, from the account page (emails wait for your approval).
Checked before release
The template's eval suite must pass these before a version ships:
- Keeps only sourced items and a person's edits
- Refreshes when a signal fires
Questions
- Can it make things up?
- Each item must quote one of its inputs (a CRM record, a conversation, a research fact or a signal) word for word; items that don't are dropped.
- Will it overwrite my changes?
- No. Anything you edit or add is pinned, and anything you remove stays out.

Account research brief
Researches an account on the open web — its own site and recent news — and sends you a brief: what it does, what changed, and why it might need you now.
Person research brief
Researches a contact's public work — their company's site and news that names them — and sends you a brief with labelled facts, inferences and unknowns.
Case-study miner
When a deal is won, reads its conversations and notes for results the customer reports — numbers with units, percentages, before and after — and files each as a proof point with the exact quote, who said it, when, and a link to the call.
