What it's for
What the team learns about a customer is remembered, with evidence, for every person and agent.
- Customer success teams
- Accounts with several people talking to them
What you get
- Memory facts on the account, each citing the conversation it came from
When it runs
- When you run it
- When a conversation lands on the account
What it uses
- Your Closefinch records
When you run it yourself, you choose (an event fills these in):
- Account
Its steps
- Recent conversations
- Find durable facts · the model works this out
- Save to memory
Approvals
Saves facts inside the platform; nothing leaves it.
Checked before release
The template's eval suite must pass these before a version ships:
- Saves quoted facts as memory
- Drops facts whose quote isn't in the conversation
Questions
- Can it save something wrong?
- Each fact needs an exact quote from the conversation; anything it can't quote is dropped. You can retract a fact on the account.

Inbound receptionist
Your phone answered around the clock: after hours, on holidays, and when nobody in the ring group picks up within the seconds you set.
Emergency dispatcher
When a customer reports an emergency, it checks what they described against the emergencies you handle (burst pipes, no heat, a gas smell: your list and your words), and if it is one, pages your on-call ladder: the technician on call by text, an automated call with press 1 to accept, and in the app, repeating every few minutes and escalating to the backup and then a manager until someone accepts.
Won deal handoff
When a large deal is won, waits an hour for the dust to settle, then opens the onboarding task for the team.
