Meeting assistant

Owns a meeting end to end: a prep a day before, a reminder 30 minutes before, the notes, tasks and drafted follow-up after, and three days later a check of which commitments were kept — with what slipped sent to you.

Approvals

Messages only you, inside the platform. The meeting's notes, tasks and insights come from the platform's own outcome; the follow-up email is an inbox item you approve, sent from your mailbox.

Checked before release

The template's eval suite must pass these before a version ships:

  • Preps a day before and reminds before the meeting
  • Reports the meeting's commitments after it
  • Checks commitments against tasks and emails after the wait
  • Stops when the meeting moves
  • Starts from an upcoming meeting through a trigger

Questions

Does it email anyone?
Only you, through your notification settings. The follow-up email to the customer comes from the meeting's outcome, as an inbox item you approve.
Why doesn't it make tasks itself?
The platform already turns each meeting's commitments into tasks (or suggestions, in suggest mode); the assistant reads them instead of making duplicates.
I also get the platform's pre-meeting brief
The assistant's prep is built from that brief. Turn off "Pre-meeting briefs" in Settings → Notifications (or set its lead time to off) to get only the assistant's.
What if the meeting moves or is cancelled?
Before the reminder and before the wrap-up it checks the meeting again; a moved, cancelled or removed meeting stops the run, and a moved one gets a run of its own from its new time.
  • Meeting prep brief

Before a call, reads the account's records, recent conversations and saved facts and writes a short cited brief.

  • Demo prep for solutions engineers

Before a demo: a timed, role-aware run-of-show mapped to what the buyer asked to see, a talk track, proof points, the objections they raised with responses from your knowledge base, an environment checklist and a fallback path.
