How it connects
- Connected once for the workspace, by an owner.
- You paste your self client secret and refresh token from Zoho CRM; it's stored encrypted.
- New items are picked up about every 5 minutes. With the optional notification token added, changes arrive as they happen.
Keep your current CRM. Closefinch syncs two ways, or writes through, and shows conflicts for a person to settle. Moving over instead? The migration tool imports from a connected CRM or files.
Connect it
- In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find Zoho CRM under its category.
- Choose Zoho CRM and paste your self client secret and refresh token.
- You'll also need your Zoho data center and client ID, under Advanced settings.
- New items are picked up about every 5 minutes. With the optional notification token added, changes arrive as they happen. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.

- Notification token (optional): for instant updates: the token you set on a Zoho notification channel (actions/watch) pointed at this connection's webhook URL.
