Write-through for organizations, people and opportunity lists.
How it connects
- Connected once for the workspace, by an owner.
- You paste your API key from Affinity; it's stored encrypted.
- New items are picked up about every 15 minutes. With the optional webhook token added, changes arrive as they happen.
Keep your current CRM. Closefinch syncs two ways, or writes through, and shows conflicts for a person to settle. Moving over instead? The migration tool imports from a connected CRM or files.
Connect it
- In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find Affinity under its category.
- Choose Affinity and paste your API key.
- New items are picked up about every 15 minutes. With the optional webhook token added, changes arrive as they happen. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.
What the form asks for
- API key: Affinity → Settings → Manage Apps → API key (needs the export permissions for organizations and lists).
- Webhook token (optional): for instant updates: a random token; subscribe Affinity's webhook to this connection's webhook URL with ?token=<this value>.
