How it connects
- Each person connects their own account.
- You sign in to SharePoint and OneDrive and approve the permissions it asks for (listed below). We never see your password, and the access it grants is stored encrypted.
- It syncs about every hour.
Indexed for answers and agents, respecting each source's sharing so people only see what they could already open.
Connect it
- In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find SharePoint and OneDrive under its category, marked Personal.
- Choose SharePoint and OneDrive and sign in to it, then approve the permissions it asks for.
- It syncs about every hour. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.
