# SharePoint and OneDrive

## How it connects

- Each person connects their own account.
- You sign in to SharePoint and OneDrive and approve the permissions it asks for (listed below). We never see your password, and the access it grants is stored encrypted.
- It syncs about every hour.

## Connect it

1. In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find SharePoint and OneDrive under its category, marked Personal.
2. Choose SharePoint and OneDrive and sign in to it, then approve the permissions it asks for.
3. It syncs about every hour. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.

## Permissions it asks for

- `offline_access`
- `User.Read`
- `Files.Read.All`
- `Sites.Read.All`
