How it connects
- Connected once for the workspace, by an owner.
- You paste your service-account key or access token from BigQuery; it's stored encrypted.
- New items are picked up about every 15 minutes.
Read-only queries on a schedule bring warehouse rows onto accounts and contacts; records can be exported back.
Connect it
- In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find BigQuery under its category.
- Choose BigQuery and paste your service-account key or access token.
- New items are picked up about every 15 minutes. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.
What the form asks for
- Service-account key or access token: The service account's JSON key file contents (recommended; tokens expire in an hour).
