Before a call, reads the account's records, recent conversations and saved facts and writes a short cited brief.

**Does it read private emails?**

No. Agents only see conversations shared with the organization.

**What if an email tells it to do something?**

Email text is data to it, never instructions, and this agent can't write anything.
