# Prospecting and outbound

ICP rules, lists and scoring, then sequences that draft each message from research, and an inbox for the replies. Do-not-contact rules, sending limits and deliverability checks apply to every send.

## Prospecting

- Natural-language people and company search over your CRM that compiles to removable filters, with saved matches.
- ICP definition with may-contact and must-not-contact rules, and automatic exclusion of customers, partners and accounts with open deals.
- Agent-proposed plays or ICPs generated by reading your website and profile, with targeting rules that persist per play.
- Lookalike discovery from closed-won accounts, triggered on close, deduplicated against the CRM. *(Companies outside your CRM need an approved People Data Labs key.)*
- AI qualification per account: custom fit questions answered pass / fail / unsure per row.
- Account scoring and tiering by fit, signals and conversion likelihood, with the reasons for each account.
- Prioritization model trained on the customer's own closed-won and closed-lost history.
- Spreadsheet-style list workspace up to 10,000 rows: custom enrichment columns, CSV match-and-enrich, and AI cells only with a verified quote.
- Agent-staged segments and audiences grouped by territory, segment or motion, with owner notification.
- Day-one TAM grounded in ICP, existing customers and accounts found in your email history, auto-maintained. *(Market size needs an approved People Data Labs key.)*
- Warm-path discovery: intros drafted for whichever teammate knows the account, and your team's network as a lead source.
- Champion re-activation: find where past customers, lost-deal contacts and engaged buyers work now, verify, and alert.
- Persona matching: choose the titles you actually sell to inside target or lookalike companies.
- Lead-magnet manager: comment-a-keyword posts, deliver the resource, qualify and save genuine responders. *(Off by default. Needs your own Unipile account.)*
- Waitlist ranking and design-partner recruiting that stops when the goal number of partners is active.
- Local-business lead lists from OpenStreetMap or a CSV. *(Off until set up. Google Maps uses your own Apify account.)*
- Daily ranked work list per rep with a stated reason and suggested action for every lead or account.
- Event plays: invite leads near you to a dinner, coffee or conference meetup you host, with RSVPs and capacity.

## Sequences and outreach

- Multi-step email sequences with step delays (typically 2–3 days), exit conditions and reply detection.
- LinkedIn connection requests with a note, follow-up messages and InMail inside sequences, alongside email if you choose. *(Off by default. Needs your own Unipile account. Lanes are set through the API for now.)*
- LinkedIn engagement steps: liking posts for everyone on a list, comments and reactions, connection refresh, and a follow-up when a request is accepted. *(Off by default. Needs your own Unipile account. Comment approvals and auto-like plays are through the API for now.)*
- Rich media in messages: AI LinkedIn voice notes, AI avatar video from a photo, website screenshots, memes, personalized video. *(Off by default.)*

- Prospect-style tone mirroring (calibrate to how the recipient writes).
- Tone and CTA locks that the agent cannot override.
- Drafting and replies in the recipient's language.
- Visual play or journey graph with trigger, A/B, if/else, webhook, assign-owner and lookalike nodes, copy/paste and undo.

- Rule-based sequence pauses and bulk stop.
- Paid-ads audience sync and retargeting of engaged prospects. *(Off until an owner connects your own ad accounts.)*
- Physical gift and direct-mail plays through Sendoso. *(Off until an owner connects your own Sendoso account.)*
- Autopilot campaigns that keep sourcing and enrolling new prospects after launch, with per-campaign refills. *(Off by default. Every email is a draft a person approves.)*
- Event and webinar follow-up: match attendees to accounts and ICP roles, draft per person, hold for owner; registration and no-show plays.
- Reactivation of closed-lost and long-dormant contacts, grounded in real relationship context, with approval required.
- Snooze-aware follow-up: understands replies like not now or reach back in Q2, and schedules a re-engagement that pauses and resumes itself.
- Open-quote follow-up cadence until the buyer purchases or opts out.

## Deliverability
