# LinkedIn Ads

Campaign performance; pausing or enabling a campaign is approved by a person.

## How it connects

- Connected once for the workspace, by an owner.
- You sign in to LinkedIn Ads and approve the permissions it asks for (listed below). We never see your password, and the access it grants is stored encrypted.
- Nothing is copied in: it's read when an agent or the assistant needs it.

## Connect it

1. In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find LinkedIn Ads under its category.
2. Choose LinkedIn Ads and sign in to it, then approve the permissions it asks for.
3. Nothing is copied in: it's read when an agent or the assistant needs it. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.

## Permissions it asks for

- `r_ads`
- `r_ads_reporting`

Only when sending is allowed (your workspace's outbound is on, or you choose it): `rw_ads`.
