# HubSpot

Two-way sync of companies, contacts, deals, tasks and notes, with pipelines and owners.

Part of [CRMs](https://www.closefinch.com/integrations#crm). Keep your current CRM. Closefinch syncs two ways, or writes through, and shows conflicts for a person to settle. Moving over instead? The migration tool imports from a connected CRM or files.

## How it connects

- Connected once for the workspace, by an owner.
- You sign in to HubSpot and approve the permissions it asks for (listed below). We never see your password, and the access it grants is stored encrypted.
- Changes arrive as they happen, and it also checks on a schedule.

## Connect it

1. In Closefinch, open Settings → Integrations and find HubSpot under its category.
2. Choose HubSpot and sign in to it, then approve the permissions it asks for.
3. Changes arrive as they happen, and it also checks on a schedule. You can pause it or disconnect at any time.

## Permissions it asks for

- `oauth`
- `crm.objects.companies.read`
- `crm.objects.companies.write`
- `crm.objects.contacts.read`
- `crm.objects.contacts.write`
- `crm.objects.deals.read`
- `crm.objects.deals.write`
- `crm.schemas.companies.read`
- `crm.schemas.contacts.read`
- `crm.schemas.deals.read`
- `crm.objects.owners.read`
- `files`

Nothing an agent sends out through a connection goes without Closefinch's policy checks and, by default, a person's approval. Every integration: [https://www.closefinch.com/integrations](https://www.closefinch.com/integrations).
